Wayne brings decades of security, product and marketing experience to LaunchTech. He is not your typical PR guy – Wayne has lived what most of our clients are going through. With an advanced technical pedigree that includes launching a successful startup of his own, Wayne offers a unique perspective to our clients with a keen understanding of the industry and a knack for boiling up deep concepts into intricate differentiating messaging points for the marketplace, analyst community and media.

Wayne takes a hands-on approach to become intimately familiar with all facets of our clients’ operational, sales and marketing goals to take companies and products from the initial planning stages to a successful market launch. This philosophy is carried throughout the company as LaunchTech helps both emerging and mature technology companies enter transitioning markets with new product while balancing the hurdles of building brand, credibility and though leadership.

Wayne’s technical roots grew out of the Intel community where he led many software development efforts for military and critical infrastructure partners. He holds a Master of Science degree from Virginia Tech and a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Maritime College in electrical engineering.

Wayne played semi-professional baseball and continues to coach at the high school level. He lives in Severna Park, Md., with his wife and three kids.

Taylor joined LaunchTech in 2015, bringing to the team a dynamic perspective on public relations through experience with content writing, digital and social media management, and media relations. In addition to managing day to day communication with clients, she is responsible for creating and identifying media and analyst opportunities, and driving strategic activities that forward each client’s goals. Taylor enjoys the challenge of translating technical language into simpler messages that appeal to the media and inform the general public. She has a strong rapport with clients, and has built relationships with reporters in the cybersecurity space that have produced winning results for LaunchTech’s accounts.

A Massachusetts native and Maryland transplant, Taylor earned her B.A. in Communication from Loyola University Maryland. She now resides in Baltimore, where she also serves as Assistant Coach for the Loyola Maryland women’s ice hockey team, and is the Commissioner of two women’s college ice hockey leagues, the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) Women’s Division 2, and the Women’s Delaware Valley Collegiate Hockey Conference (DVCHC).

Bringing a creative edge to her technical experience, Caroline takes a detail-oriented approach to her role at LaunchTech, driving successful strategic campaigns that service each client’s unique goals. As an Account Manager, Caroline is responsible for executing strong, results-driven communication programs that achieve reputational growth and increase client credibility. Known for her ability to bring direction to the chaotic world of PR, Caroline takes pride in generating exclusive media and analyst opportunities for clients across a diverse range of industry sectors.

Allison began her career at LaunchTech in 2016, bringing an array of public relations and creative writing experience from time spent alongside experts at The Walter’s Art Museum in the Historic Mount Vernon District of Baltimore, Maryland. In her current role as an Account Manager, Allison provides clients with strategic counsel related to ongoing communication campaigns that drive content creation, as well as media and analyst relations. In the pool, she developed the strong leadership skills and hard work ethic that drive her work at LaunchTech. An aspiring expert in mediocre cuisine, she can be found eating and drinking her way through the city on the weekends.
