LaunchTech is fortunate to have had a wonderful 2020 despite the current global pandemic and its resulting logistical complications. This year we added eight new clients to our roster, three of which are internationally based. With our expanding portfolio we also brought on three new team members, two Account Directors and one Account Coordinator. Overall, we are seeing our fifth consecutive year of growth!
I am extremely proud of how gracefully our team handled the swelling demand for our services as digital content and media coverage were elevated as some of the most practical (and safe) ways to build credibility and deliver company messages to the market — a trend which is likely to continue as companies realize how much they saved on travel and conferences this year.
Our efforts have not gone unnoticed by either the tech/cybersecurity or PR industries. In February we were named Agency of the Year for Cyber and Info Security in the 2020 Global Excellence Awards by Info Security Products Guide (ISPG). Shortly after, we landed a spot on Expertise’s Best PR Firms in Baltimore list for the third consecutive year. Additionally, we were recently honored with a Platinum level 2020 MarCom Award for a publicity campaign executed on behalf of an API Security client. While awards are nice, our most satisfying wins come in the form of exceptional outcomes for our clients. Some top placements this year include The New York Times, Forbes, TechCrunch, Consumer Reports, TechTarget and many other Tier One and industry publications.
As we look towards 2021, we anticipate continued success serving some of the brightest minds in the tech and cybersecurity industries.
