Where are you originally from?
I was born in Bethesda, Md., but I grew up in Allentown, Pa.
Who inspires you?
This may be cliche, but definitely my mom. She pretty much encompasses everything I hope to be in the future: driven, passionate, kind—the list could go one forever! To say the least, I am very blessed to have her as my mom.
Where is your dream vacation destination?
Anywhere with a beach! But I’ve always dreamed of going to Hawaii.
Do you have a secret talent or a hobby?
I’ve played volleyball since I was 12 years old, and I had the opportunity to play four-years of both indoor and beach volleyball in college. My senior year, we qualified for the first-ever Division III beach volleyball national championship, and we won! It was definitely a great way to retire from the sport I grew up with.
How did you come to find yourself at LaunchTech?
The minute I decided to pursue a career in PR, I knew I wanted to work with a small team in the city. I started looking up different firms in Baltimore and stumbled across LaunchTech’s website. After doing a bit of research on the company and its clients, I was sold. I decided to apply, and here I am!
What drew you to the field of PR and communications?
Writing has always been a passion of mine. I always thought I wanted a career in journalism, so I worked as an editorial intern with a luxury media company for about one year. I worked closely with PR firms and specialists on a daily basis, and I was always fascinated by their work. Needless to say, my career plans changed, and I couldn’t be more thankful that they did.
