Do you have a secret talent or a hobby?

I can sing in the bass range, like old doo-wop artists.

If you were invited to give a TED Talk, what would it be about?

Understanding and caring for one another to help people feel connected. I think thats what a lot of people lack and what everyone needs. A reminder that we are all not so different and separate from one another is the only message I’d like to share.

What is your favorite thing to do in your free time?

Produce music! Whether it be playing guitar, bass, programming drums, or mixing I love it. I’ve been doing it for 10 years and it is the most consistent passion I’ve ever had.

What drew you to the field of PR and communications?

I love communicating and did not want a business degree. So, I thought mass communications would be a great alternative! The thought of connecting with people on behalf of a company was intriguing because I’d be in a position to almost tailor a company’s message or image. Being behind the scenes and crafting things people don’t often think about, like company placements or their voice/message is exciting.

What is your professional highlight of the year? 

Meeting everyone at LaunchTech! Everyone has been very kind, personable, and welcoming.
